Read the proposed Ordinance 170 amending Title 8, Chapter 1 of the Frazee City Code regarding public utilities. On Monday, November 13th at 6:00 p.m. a Public Hearing will be held at the City Council meeting (Fire Hall) to hear comment and discussion of the aforementioned ordinance.
