The League of Minnesota Cities is once again encouraging the state’s 4^th, 5^th, and 6^th graders to share ideas about how they would make cities better through submitting essays in the League’s “Mayor for a Day” essay contest. Last year we received 560 essays—the most in the contest’s 11-year history.
